Pilling

A simple series, of colours and fabrics, of sweaters’ lint. Also known as ‘pilling’ (after extensive investigations). We all have it, we all know it and produce it. Come on, look on those leaves.

Because each wool-based sweater (or other similar fabric) makes its own fuzzy balls. Surely enough, they vary in shape, texture and size, while not all sweaters are equally generous when it comes to produce pilling.

Besides, it is also a matter of aesthetic, let’s face it, lint is pretty ugly; but, I discovered, also beautiful.

So welcome to my winter closet. This is my pilling.
